Long squeegee for self-leveling screeds - adjustable in height - blade length 800 mm

A stable large squeegee with a length of 800mm by COMENSAL is a tool designed for spreading self-levelling screeds. Used to obtain an evenly distributed smooth surface at the desired height.

The tool has been constructed in a classic style, using high-quality raw materials, with the user's comfort and work efficiency in mind.

The squeegee is stiff, even and stable, which translates into the effectiveness of the effect achieved. Knife length - 80cm - helps to work more efficiently on large surfaces.

The blade attached to the steel frame is sharp and springy, and the movable pins mounted in the frame allow you to guide the squeegee at the level that allows you to obtain the required height of the screed.

Construction:

A steel frame with a hole for attaching a stick creates a rigid structure of the tool.

To protect against rust, the frame and handle have been protected with paint in the powder coating process.

The hole with an internal diameter of 20 mm is prepared for the attachment of a stick, which can be embedded at a depth of up to 60 mm.

The hole in the handle allows you to drive a nail, thanks to which the elements are connected, and the pressed stick gains an additional guarantee of stable attachment.

Two bent pins

Two movable leveling pins with the possibility of locking at the height selected by the user allow to obtain the expected level of the spout.

They are mounted on the extreme edges of the frame, thanks to which they properly stabilize the tool during operation.

Bar dimension: long section: 175 mm; short section: 55mm

Fastened with butterflies, they can be easily tightened without additional tools.

Knife

Made of high-quality steel, with a large number of alloying elements with anti-corrosion properties

Sharp and resilient - it spreads the spout perfectly and smoothly.

Attached to the steel frame with 4 screws and stiffened along the entire length with a metal washer, it does not wobble or bend.

If necessary, the knife can be replaced with a new one - available at another auction
