The screws for fixing plasterboards are made of carbon steel covered with a special phosphate coating. The screws have a flat countersunk head, which ensures proper recess in the fastened element, and a wood thread with a sharp tip, which ensures durable and secure fastening in the wooden substrate and facilitates the start of assembly. The head of the screw has a recess type PH-2, which enables installation using bits with an anchoring depth limiter.Types of substrates to which the KGD/KSGD/KMGD screw can be installed:• wooden substrate• substrate made of wood-based materialsAssembly method:1. Before installation, identify the substrate in which the screw will be installed and compare the loads that the screw will carry with the load capacities2. Select the appropriate length of the screw, depending on the thickness of the plasterboard to be fastened3. Keep the recommended distances from the edge of the substrate (at least 1.5 cm) and the axial distances between the screws (not more than 25 cm)4. Fastening is carried out using a cordless screwdriver or a hand screwdriver, without prior drilling5. The head of the screw should be slightly sunk into the plasterboard. A screw inserted incorrectly (too shallow, too deep or crooked) should be removed and fixed in another place.
