Distribution box ARIA CONNECT 10x75mm

The idea behind the HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system for air distribution (3 diamiters: 63 mm, 75 mm and 90mm) is to meet the needs of Investors and Installers when it comes to a complete solution for single-family houses. The modular design of the system makes it easy to customise its parts to the specific requirements of any building.

The system components are made of extremely light yet durable plastic material ensuring reliable operation for years, without the risk of mechanical damage or corrosion.

HEATPEX ARIA’s original OneClick technology® enables very fast and convenient installation without the use of tools. Moreover, the system is one of the first on the market to meet the most restrictive ATC1 airtightness class. This ensures low operating costs and, together with the Ultra-Fresh® technology (total bactericidal activity at 99,99%), the highest air quality for the users.

Distribution box with OneClick technology® is connected directly to the MHRV unit and used to supply fresh air into habitable rooms or extract used air from the „dirty” rooms.

1 distribution box will allow the connection of up to 10 75 mm pipes and the main central or side approach. The installation requires the use of two sets of boxes – for supply air and for exhaust air.

•Sockets with gaskets and rings in the OneClick technology® - 10 x 75 mm in basic configuration allowing for quick and convenient intallation of ventilation pipes.

•Modular construction enables expansion with additional distribution boxes using horizontal (14 x 75 mm) and vertical couplings (20 x 75 mm)

•Designed to be connected to the main central connector or the main side connector.

•High mechanical resistance thanks to the use of specialized additive in the form of a plasticizer.

•The highest airtightness class - ATC1 according to PN-EN 17192

The distribution box contains the following parts*):

•Main body with 4 sockets – 1 piece

•3x75 mm module with elliptical seat gasket – 2 pieces

•Cover with a gasket – 2 pieces

•Mounting ring for the pipe – 10 pieces

•End cap with gasket – 10 pieces
