IBB Polonia London played its first match of the 2023/2024 season on Saturday, October 7. The encounter with the London Wildcats took place as part of the England Cup. Grzegorz Niski's team confidently secured a win, marking their first victory of the 2023/2024 season.

For the initial match of the competition, IBB Polonia London entered with a modified lineup. Nevertheless, in a game dedicated to advancing to the next round of the England Cup, the team showcased an impressive performance and secured a convincing victory in three sets, defeating the Wildcats.

"Working with a new group of players is never an easy task, but the coaches of IBB Polonia London put in a lot of effort during the preparatory period. In Saturday's match, the team performed exceptionally well and secured a victory in three sets," said Chris Hykiel after the game.

The next match for the London team took place on Saturday, October 14, as part of the Super League Opening Weekend, where they faced Leeds Gorse Men 1. IBB Polonia London won the match with a score of 1:3 (25:27, 21:25, 25:21, 20:25). The game was held at the Kettering National Volleyball Center.

The next England Cup match is scheduled for November 11, with Brazukas being the opponent for IBB Polonia London.
