Spray painting, plastering and rendering with pneumatic units

Spray painting, plastering and rendering with pneumatic units

WHAT IS A PLASTERING UNIT?
A plastering unit is a machine that enables the spray application of facade plasters and/or cement-lime plasters. Applying plasters by machine is much more efficient compared to the manual method. A properly selected plastering unit can speed up work by up to 90%. Plastering units allow you to quickly and automatically apply a layer of plaster to the wall. They can be used to spray not only plasters, but also plaster and mesh glue.

THE RIGHT MANUFACTURER OF PLASTERING AGENTS IS ESSENTIAL
There are many manufacturers of plaster application machines on the market. When choosing the right manufacturer of plastering units, it is worth checking what the customer service is like and whether we can count on help in setting up the unit after purchase. It may also be necessary to check whether the devices have appropriate certificates and are approved for sale. When using a plastering unit, it may turn out that it will be necessary to purchase spare parts or elements subject to wear and tear during operation. Always ask the manufacturer of plastering units about the availability of parts for the device.

PLASTERING UNITS CUSTOMIZED TO THE ROOM
When working in small rooms, we often have problems choosing the right size of device. A similar problem occurs when we plan to plaster a very large area. In such situations, not only the efficiency but also the size of the device is often important.
We offer plastering units based on various sizes of tanks: 19-, 20- and 60-liter, which differ in both construction and maximum working pressure. This makes it very easy to select the size and efficiency of a given device for a specific room size.
All Agrekom plastering units are certified in accordance with the Pressure and Machinery Directive.

STRUCTURAL PLASTER GENERATOR
Agrekom's offer includes plastering units for spraying acrylic plasters, silicone plasters and mineral plasters with a sheep-like structure. Spraying devices significantly speed up the work when applying facade and structural plasters, as well as filling and spraying fire protection.

PLASTERING UNIT AND PLASTERING UNITS
Our offer also includes plastering and filling units. The spray method is a good alternative to applying plaster by hand. Spraying the plaster is fast and efficient. Using appropriate nozzles, we can spray the material with a flat stream. The plastering machine is an excellent choice for renovation and renovation-construction companies. Agrekom plastering and filling units allow the use of both ready-made and dry masses (after appropriate preparation).

PLASTERING UNIT - EASE OF OPERATION IS THE BASIS
A plastering unit is the basic equipment of every construction company. The plastering unit can be used to spray materials such as: structural plasters, facade plasters, plasters, mesh glue and plaster coating. Very important in the operation of the device is its simplicity of use and low failure rate. Agrekom units are pneumatically powered. Thanks to this, their construction is simple and easy to use. Pneumatic plastering units are also distinguished by a low failure rate.

FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS:

PLASTERING AGENTS – WHAT WORK CAN I PERFORM?
Pneumatically powered plastering units make it possible to perform many jobs with one device. They are most often used for plastering walls, but their functionality does not end there.
AGREKOM pneumatic plastering units are also perfect for spraying structural renders (facade render), gypsum plasters, sprinkling walls, filling, priming with bonded primer, as well as spraying foundation waterproofing.
Multifunctional mini plastering units allow you to quickly perform plastering work and evenly cover the wall with the mixture.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PLASTERING UNIT?
Choosing the right plastering unit is not easy. There are several types of generators available on the market, which differ in both the method of power supply and the type of material on which they will work well.
The once very popular screw units are being replaced in some types of work by smaller and more handy pneumatically powered plastering units.
Pneumatic plastering units are new on the market, but thanks to their multifunctionality and mobility, they have already gained many satisfied users.
Before purchasing, ask yourself a question about the type of device you are interested in. We can choose from professional, semi-professional and home use devices - the main differences between them are plaster guns and additional equipment that increases efficiency.
It is also worth paying attention to the size of the tank that will be suitable for us. AGREKOM plastering units have tanks in several sizes: 19, 20, 60, 80 and 120 liters. The largest tank holds up to 220 kg of finished mass. This makes them very suitable for plastering or plastering large rooms.
The next step is to choose the appropriate length of technical hoses. They determine how far from the tank we can go with the spray gun.

HOW TO PREPARE THE PLASTERING GENERATOR FOR WORK?
Before you start spraying, it is necessary to carefully read the full or shortened operating instructions. This step should not be skipped, because the information contained in the manual will help you understand the principle of operation of the device, and thus facilitate its correct connection and startup.
Before work, it is worth spraying the unit's tank with silicone spray - this will facilitate the flow of the material and subsequent cleaning of the tank.
The next step should be to properly connect the cables to the tank and connect the compressor. Initially, we do not connect the spray gun.
After preparing the mass of appropriate density, place it in the tank, turn on the compressor and set the pressure in accordance with the operating instructions of the plastering unit. The mass should flow through the hose without any problem. At this stage we can connect the plaster gun. We recommend pouring a small amount of mass through the gun into a bucket before starting work. This will ensure that the mass is uniform in both the hose and the gun.
After properly preparing the device, we can start spraying the mass on the wall.
Spraying plaster or plaster should take place maintaining an appropriate distance from the wall. Apply the plaster in a circular motion. When spraying plaster with a flat stream, move the gun relative to the wall in a horizontal motion - so that the spray from the gun covers as much area as possible at once.
After work, wash the device. To do this, simply fill the tank with water and turn on the device. Under the influence of pressure, the water will remove any remaining material from the pipes, tank and gun.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE NEEDED TO OPERATE THE PLASTERING UNIT?
One person is enough to operate the Agrekom plastering unit. The unit does not require much work to start. Just fill the tank, set the appropriate pressure and spray the plaster using a gun.

HOW TO WASH A PLASTERING UNIT?
Cleaning the plastering unit is necessary. They should be carried out each time after work is performed. The device is cleaned using a pressure washer. The hoses of the plastering unit can be cleaned by running water through them. Dried remains of building materials can be removed with a sponge.
