Step-by-Step Installation

1. Surface Preparation
   Ensure the corner area is clean, dry, and free from dust or loose particles. The substrate should be stable and even.
2. Apply Basecoat
   Using a trowel, apply a uniform layer of basecoat adhesive along both sides of the corner where the profile will be installed.
3. Position the PVC Corner
   Press the PVC corner profile into the fresh basecoat. Use a spirit level to align it perfectly vertical (or horizontal where required).
4. Embed the Mesh
   Smooth the mesh wings into the basecoat on both sides of the corner. Ensure the mesh is fully embedded and wrinkle-free.
5. Level and Smooth
   Apply additional basecoat as needed to fully cover the mesh. Smooth the surface so it blends seamlessly with the surrounding area.
6. Drying Time
   Allow the basecoat to dry according to the manufacturer’s recommendations before applying the finishing render or decorative coat.

• Always overlap the corner mesh with the main reinforcement mesh by at least 100 mm.
• Cut profiles accurately to avoid gaps at joints.
• Do not install in freezing temperatures or direct, intense sunlight.
• Use compatible materials within the same insulation/render system.
