Ewi - External Wall Insulation

EWI is a technology of the thermal insulation system (ETICS) of the external walls of the building, which consists in attaching a layer system to the wall, consisting of a thermal insulation material and a reinforced layer and render. The system is fixed to the wall with adhesive mortar and additionally with mechanical fasteners. The main function in this system is performed by thermal insulation material, most often polystyrene or mineral wool.
